In Other Words: Deceased
Discuss this euphemism in the comments below.
asleep with Jesus at the wheel!
Hopefully not the guy who did not believe during the three days of “slumber” Jesus travelled prior to reactivation…but if so than it could be said, “Asleep with Jesus”
that means ur dead
asleep with Jesus: Just as in the parable in the scriptures about Jesus and the disciples going across the lake When suddenly a storm came upon them…they were afraid (for they knew of this kind of storms) HOWEVER….JESUS was asleep…NOT afraid or concerned because He was confident that this storm would PASS and nothing would happen…He said “Peace …Be still …to the storm and immediately it STOPPED! Asleep with JESUS= No worries No fears just asleep with Jesus!
Deceased is a euphemism for DEAD
I guess that will not offend anyone, except jewish people.
As a Jew, I’m offended by that assumption!
it means that the force [ energy ] or soul that drives us has passed beyond our known understanding
so asleep with jesus means the person has passed on thats a euphemism in itself
Deceased – is no more – has ceased to be – has expired and gone to meet one’s maker – a stiff – bereft of life now rests in peace -pushing up the daisy’s – passed away – not with us us any more – an X life !
